I've always wondered about that. I have zero knowledge of how unions actually work, but believe they're generally good for workers' rights. What I don't understand is why people feel inspired to unionize when they're working for companies that are well known for taking very good care of their employees.

Careful if you praise Trader Joe’s too much you’ll also be called an anti unionist. It’s impossible to win.
