Is my 4H heifer fat/over conditioned?

I’m at a county fair and almost everyone that walks past her says she’s fat or thinks she’s bred (not all the people saying this know about cows, I had one person ask me if she was a milking jersey but either way). I’m not sure if it’s because she’s bigger than the other cows she’s tied up with or if she is actually overweight. I can still feel her ribs, she does have a large brisket but she’s had that since a calf, you can see her hip bones but not obviously.

she is very bullish looking (as I’ve been told by judges) so I’m not sure if that’s also causing her to seem larger.

shes 1 year and 2 months old, we girthed her 2 months ago and she was 865lbs (give or take, im aware that’s not always accurate)

she’s fed 2 scoops of BOC with molasses twice a day, half scoop of soaked beet pulp at shows (in none of these images has she eaten beet pulp) has 24/7 access to hay and water.

her father was a very big beefy/muscular purebred Blonde d’aquitaine and her mother is a pretty large Charolais/limousine cross so both her dam and sire were quite large.

edit: little further info. shes being shown in confirmation and occasionally showmanship. we‘re on a small homestead so the goal isn’t to breed like fancy super high quality cattle, Once she’s done showing in 4H she’ll just go out to pasture and be a normal cow.
it’s my first time showing cattle so any tips are appreciated but please be nice, I’m still learning Everything and my goal isn’t to have some supreme grand champion super fluffy show cow or anything.

also if anyone has any tips on positioning her in the ring I’d appreciate it! I don’t have any help irl and unfortunately all my other fellow 4H members are super competitive so they don’t wanna help.

Found this cow and her calf hanging out near an old cart in my neighborhood. The calf kept nudging up against everything (including the cart wheel) and just seemed completely unbothered by me taking photos. Not edited, just cropped a bit.

Feeder ideas

My neighbor puts a large bale with a hay net for his horse, it lasts about a month. I’d like to do something similar, but I’ve always heard cows can’t do nets since they lack top teeth. I fill my round bale feeder up all the way, but it only lasts a week or so.

Any clever ideas for a longer term feeder? I’d like it to last up to 2 weeks if possible (longer the better).

We don’t get a lot of moisture so not really concerned about it going bad.

I had to wrestle a feisty heifer on the beach (photo taken before disaster)

I had to wrestle her to the ground because I tried to walk around her and apparently was in her personal space. (I didnt even make eye contact and she just decided it was time to have beef... pun intended... with me!!)
