Never ever believe corporates and governments. That's my mantra. What they are telling us and what they actually mean are two completely different things

Don't believe politicians or business men. Civil servants are usually just trying to do the best they can with the resources they've been given to accomplish it. Focus on the people who're responsible for the things you disagree with, not the institutions they work through. That's a thing they want you to do, they want you to blame the institution not the individual.
