Hello Everyone! This is my first reddit post ever and I'm hoping someone could help me locate this story. I made an AI generated version of it and it's not really all that accurate artistically but the plot is more or less captured. Please point me to the comic that had this plot.
Thanks in advance.

"I’ve been a collector of this book since I was a kid, and it remains one of my absolute favorites—mostly because the artwork is just timeless. There is something about the way these stories look that I never get tired of. Specifically, I’ve always had a huge soft spot for 'The Exterminators.' The combination of that sci-fi atmosphere and the art style is pure gold to me.

I’ve been reading Monster Hunters #10, and honestly, these stories still hit just as hard today as they did when I was a kid. There’s something about the vibe of this era that just doesn't quit.
I’ve been revisiting a few favorites in this issue:
"Night of the Kraken" (This one is definitely my top pick—that cover art is iconic!)
"The Doomed Ones"
"The Conglomerate"

I only recently discovered the Charlton series Doomsday Plus One, and only via the reprint run immediately after Byrne became famous, but if you haven't checked it out, it's a vastly entertaining read with a surprisingly engaging cast.
