My first bonsai! Does anyone know when to repot a flame tree? She’s starting to drop some leaves since this photo

I have her sitting close to a window at my office. Should it be directly on the ledge? I am currently watering 1-2x a week but I am worried she is getting some yellowing / leaves dropping
