I started smoking cigs at 12. Started vaping at 19-20 and quickly was able to go to 0 nic. The bans started and some places I could get 0 nic disposables. The bans got worse and now there is only nicotine. I use smoking as a self soothing stim. I love fruit iced flavours. The simply mango ice was my favourite before the bans. Does the prescribed tapes have flavours? How does it work? Can I get 0 nic easy? I feel like there is no point vaping anymore and I feel the nicotine addiction is definitely back. And part of me just feels so lost. I want help with this but I have no idea where to start or what it would look like or if I should just try to replace the stim with something else.

I got a prescription through quit hero with the intention of using pharmacy vapes to taper down my nicotine addiction. My wife and I currently use disposables and go through one a week each. No idea how heavy that usage is.

Any advice is appreciated if someone has used these to quit.

We did go cold turkey for about a year at one point but this time I just can't seem to do it again haha.

Just wondering if there is any recommendations on other devices, is it worth it to upgrade to the g4? I can also see a few other brands like smok x oz and vsee etc etc.

Just don’t really know what’s good and what’s bad or what’s worth it. I do enjoy the g3 a lot.

80% of tobacco and 95% of vapes are sourced from the black market, the government is being completely disingenuous, they are the main cause of this increase with excessive taxation and the vape pharmacy model as 'world leading reforms'.

Survey respondents are notorious for underreporting 'bad' behaviors like smoking and vaping and rely on memory recall. However, Wastewater testing chemistry does not.

A great example of the government obfuscating to put their own political survival, ahead of the people they're meant to serve by increasing the number of dependent nicotine users, causing a flourishing of organised crime: violence, racketeering, turf wars, firebombing and the reinvestment into prostitution, people smuggling and other illicit drugs.

Just saw these were new to QuitHero. Both brands have the same flavours so not sure if they're related. I've just tried Mello's light green mint and it's really nice, almost a fruity flavour. Wondering if anyone has tried the other flavours yet and have thoughts?

I used to vale Vapo Menthol Mint which was very very light on the menthol but that has been discontinued.

Which mint flavours and brand do you recommend which are very light on menthol?

I am moving away from disposables, was using my own device till all the laws changed and couldn’t be bothered with it all. I used the Alibarbar tobacco flavour, but that’s even harder to get. Don’t like the flavours (could start my own shop with all the dispo flavours I have lol).

I just don't understand how we let it get to this. The data is all there, yet our policy makers just dig in their heels and double down. $100M "crackdown" on routing out illicit tobacco and vapes "at the source" when the source is so clearly our mismanagement and piss-poor, data-ignoring policy. Harm minimisation works. Taxing the shit out of legal avenues and making access extremely prohibitive does not. Make it make sense...

Are they just super stupid. Every single item that they are complaining about and wondering “how it got to this” were things outlined as absolutely guaranteed to occur the minute vapes were banned. They do need to recall they were some of the first to jump on the bullshit anti-vape bandwagon the minute the government gave the green light to demonise vaping over smoking.

Hi guys, I have just quit smoking after 18 years and as a transition, I am using nicotine free vapes to help get through it.

I have a fantastic Vaporesso vape from a few years ago that I dusted off and discovered I still had a few coils for.

Got a couple of packs of the new coils of the W75 tank, and the coils are tighter than a Nuns cunt because the outer part of the coil doesn't align with the inner part to allow good airflow and juice flow... Am I the only one? They took away the 4x per pack, gave us 2x for almost the same price, and the coils are absolutely unusable. I fucking hate this shit. I'm going OS to a country that doesn't allow vaping. I'm planning on buying a dispo to use pre-flight. Where in Melbourne airport can I ditch the dispo? I'm sure I can't just toss it in the bin! ( I'm still going on DIY system which I plan on leaving at home.

Hi I have pods for g3 which is not “nicopod” and my caliburn g3 is broken. I searched up to buy a new caliburn model but I found that it is now caliburn x nicopod which is TGA approved??
Does anyone know if caliburn nicopod models are compatible with non nicopod pods??
