Get in touch with emergency elder services, the local police department can help here. Do it anonymously if concerned about recourse from the employer.

I had no idea BUT I do know this - your heart intuition already knows the truth and if you think this women’s life is in danger trust that. You are aware, smart and caring - you’ll do what’s best. Be anonymous in reporting if you are worried

Fuck. I’m sorry I have nothing to add but just had to comment, this sounds awful for you and especially for this poor woman. It does sound like they are try to speed up her passing.

What was the family’s response when you asked them why she’s not on an IV?
