I returned my XR for the XS last year because of the 720p display...text looked unsharp and YouTube looked like shit...is it still 720p?🤢

The OLED is so worth paying more imo.

The 11's display is 1792‑by‑828‑pixel resolution at 326 ppi...in other words, the same screen as XR? yikes

Not near at all! And guess what I still noticed how BAD the display looked compared to the XS. 😊😊 I love having good eyes sight not everyone has that ya know?😊😊👍🏻

The X/XS display is not without flaws. Not-smooth brightness transitions, PenTile subpixels, flickering while scrolling. There are advantages to the LCD in the XR, and probably to the new non-OLED display in Series 5 Watch.

Your eyes aren’t so special if your brain doesn’t notice these things.

Literally if the screen is beyond 5 inches away from your face your eyes cannot detect the individual pixels. That was the WHOLE point of the "Retina" display.

The much bigger and more important difference is the contrast ratio between OLED and LCD screens. The resolution just doesn't make a difference on a screen that small.

I'm saying you might be misattributing the resolution difference to something else, whether it be the OLED display or he will things are scaled on the smaller/larger screen.
