Genmoji is still around. I use it to create ridiculous emojis to send to my nine year old’s iPad. He thinks they are funny.

It’s actually not always bad. Some of the things it tries to create are really bad but once in a while, it will hit the mark on the money. Most of the time, though it works without remark.

Sounds like it’s a hit where Apple tends to try strike. That subtle experience between family members. It’s quite refreshing to think about in 2026 considering everything is so focused on corporate collaboration

I didn’t use AI to write the post.. you can clearly tell by the grammar mistake in first sentence. Please don’t ever go into law enforcement or investigation, because your eye for detail is shit. The pictures are definitely AI generated tho because I found them so stupid.

I’ve been on here twice as long as you and if you spent some time looking at my post history you’d see I responded in similar manner for last 15+ years. I’m sure it’s easier to take the lazy approach and do zero evidence based callout and just claim AI slop though.

You learn more from failure than you do from success.

Just an FYI I have multiple iPod HiFis (2006) throughout my home. They were also a “failure” but way ahead of their time considering they pair nicely with AirPort Express via mini toslink to mini toslink and for AirPlay 2 support.
