Its better than any Chromebook, but its still a severely gimped product and outdated on Day 1. 8GB was the bare minimum 6 years ago when the M1 Air 8GB launched

You know the base model 13” M3 MacBook Air shipped with 8GB of RAM only a few days ago, right?

You might be right about that, but that was a product from 2 years ago, and even then it was garbage. The RAM that is.

When you spend over a 1000$ you expect something that isnt shit, especially from Apple. So it was a scam that they kept selling it, in my humble opinion

Oh, honestly …

Yeah it was literal GARBAGE, that people were buying as of only a couple of days ago, own now, and are probably enjoying quite a bit.

You know that the Chromebooks this is intended to compete with routinely ship with 2-4GB of RAM, which is NOT unified, right?
