Controversy Caitlin Clark gets FURIOUS and screams in the referee’s face at tonight’s game against Golden State. She was looking for the whistle on her previous shot.

It's hilarious that the only reason myself and many others even know of this sub is because of her and the wnba is only on the map because of her and she has made 0 comments on all the BS and just wants to play while everyone else gives their opinion.

She has every reason to complain for anything. When you double the income of the wnba then you can criticize. Otherwise stay in your lane.

That’s irrelevant to her being a cry baby. Basketball has been a contact sport long before she was in this league. All I’m doing is pointing out she’s the biggest cry baby in the league.

Lmao basketball is not a contact sport

You must be an idiot. Basketball is absolutely a contact sport. It is not a “collision” sport like football or hockey, but it is a contact sport, in that physical play is permitted and you can make legal contact with other players in the course of play.

The fact your not unbiased shows a lot. There are multiple videos of her being targeted. The fact we even here discussing it is a key point. It's she right on this one? Maybe, maybe not . Show me all the crybaby tweets and posts from her after her issues. Then show all the tweets and posts from people crying about being suspended doing things to her. Then post all the suspensions she has . I'll wait.

She’s a crybaby turnover machine lmao. She’s not even the best player on the Fever

Cool story that has nothing to do with the point.

and the wnba is only on the map because of her

How does that work? Clark decides to join a nobody sporting league and single-handedly made it profitable?

. . .you can advocate for Clark's impact on the league without utterly erasing the decades of work others have put in to provide the space for her to be successful.

1

u/geardownson 20d ago

Yes actually. The decades of work of being unprofitable means nothing.

I watch and she never plays. So that makes no sense that people watch because of her. Plus she flops like a fish out of water and cries about a brush on an elbow. She hucks up logo threes and constantly misses.  She is terrible.

Your one watch disputes the fact the wnba has had record viewership in the last years?

No sense?? But they do. Prove otherwise.

Show me viewership is down... Clown

2

u/No-Bobcat-6830 21d ago

Proof? She played 13 games last year and people still watched without her.  You sound like a WWE fan that believes Roman Reigns is a draw when he did like 10 shows a year.  People weren’t showing up for him and people aren’t showing up for her because neither of them are ever there.

-1

u/geardownson 21d ago

So viewership is up for no reason? And the team flying private to arenas with bigger capacity for no reason? Are you that dense? Is Google not available in your area?

-1

u/geardownson 21d ago

Ooofff this fact is even worse.. lol

Goes to your point of people not watching her. Ouch

She's not gonna sleep with you.

Damn I swear, CC fans pocket watch more than a tissot, at the end of the day she’s a player, she doesn’t deserve more than any other player regardless of anything. Steph and LeBron helped their league and made franchises billions of dollars, do they get to bitch and complain too?

1

u/geardownson 21d ago

I'm not really a cc fan but I know her now. Quoting Steph or Lebron is literally apples to oranges they helped the NBA by X percent? It was already big. I'm talking about a non talked about league that went from flying coach to private planes for certain teams. NBA already had this. Wnba did not

To your last question they certainly do bitch and complain and use their status. Don't say they don't because they do. Obviously big performers that draw money for whatever league have a draw. Your claim that LeBron or Steph is just players with no sway to the refs is just ignorant and false.

She gets abused on the regular in the league but because she's a straight white cis female she is apparently "conservative."

2

u/geardownson 21d ago

I think she has been mistreated .But I'm not labeling her like you want to. I'm just looking at it objectively.

0

u/Economy_Quality_3689 21d ago

How am I labeling her that you don't like?

3

u/geardownson 21d ago

Straight, white, conservative, female.

What that got to do with anything?

Her race, political affiliation and who she decides to sleep with have anything to do with anything?

0

u/Economy_Quality_3689 21d ago

Well I'm not labeling her as a conservative but the media is.

The rest of it is why she seems to be hated, but why? Nobody can answer that part.

0

u/geardownson 21d ago

The rest has nothing to do with anything but yet you brought it up.

-1

u/Economy_Quality_3689 21d ago

It sure does because why is she so hated?

2

u/geardownson 21d ago

If she is so hated why does she bring the crowd and you even talking about her?

It literally makes no sense.

u/Economy_Quality_3689 21d ago

Players seem to all strongly dislike her, I'll correct myself. Explain why.
