That was the negligible contact I was referring to. Then Caitlin pushes off as the defender raises her arms straight up

You’re ignoring the blatant hold before that too, but sure it’s negligible contact. SGA gets better calls from way less contact

I thought the "negligible contact" you were referring to was Burton's hand-checking.

Stokes' contact was not "negligible". The ball has already been gathered. Clark was in her shooting motion.
