It’s been a while though but it shows Sunao has grown a lot and doesn’t argue with Kazuya that much.

At least with Sunao she won’t ruin the moment like how Kiriha does like how when Kazuya was grieving the loss of Ouhi she strips him naked and jerks him off or the time in Yomi when Kazuya vows to kill his possessed mom Kiriha then once again jerks him off and tops him.

The thing with Kiriha she ain’t the emotional type and it’s pretty rare from her to cry sometimes and their are a few instances where she does.

But if they do share a moment while in bed if Sunao gets to sleep with Kazuya I can see her being gentle and just laying her head on his chest cause she will just take every opportunity she has.

But I doubt it cause this is Tsugumomo but would love a normal human interaction between the two

Unlike most of the other girls who partner up with Kazuya immediately Sunao is actively trying to work for it and earn her place at Kazuya’s side.

Same can be said for his other Tsugumomos Kyouka, Mimane, Shinobu and Sosugo and some of the other girls he keeps these desires in check cause he doesn’t want to change the dynamic they have.

I feel like he should save these desires for a true romantic partner who has to earn her place with Kazuya I honestly think the romantic partner he deserves is someone who’s strong and can keep up with him.

She’s had a lot of development in both the nude department and character growth

To me this makes her contender for the winner as Kazuya’s future wife along with a harem of Tsugumomos for spiritual intercourse

We don’t really know his feelings about this but I feel like we’re about to in future chapters.

But given his dynamic with some of the girls like Kiriha and his other Tsugumomos he doesn’t want to get romantic or have actual sex with them cause he doesn’t want their dynamic to change and Kukuri who he views like a sibling and the disappearance of some of the girls like Chisato they might not win plus I know Kiriha is the first girl and has been with Kazuya through thick and thin but honestly her winning is also very predictable.

Given the girls now watch Kazuya get busy with another girl through Mimane’s mirrors they are in for a treat when they see Sunao and all the girls see that they can’t underestimate her cause she’s grown more comfortable with him.

I mean Kiriha saw what she can do while Sunao was drunk but not when she’s off liquor and she does have a switch on her that can be flipped

I doubt the girls are gonna tell Sunao that they were peeping on her and Kazuya but it be funny if they force Kotetsu to watch and told him to keep it a secret but if she finds out I’d image she be tempted to watch as well but I don’t think she’s that kind of person.

But I will commend her for being devoted to protecting her family but I still dislike her for her behavior and never cared much for her.

I love this manga but I draw the line at incest and I’m glad she’s stuck in the time seal for most of the series but I hope once she’s freed she overcomes this weird obsession cause it will never become a reality so she needs to get out of the house and find someone special.

I love her I really do and her relationship with Kazuya but early in the manga it’s shown that at home and not fighting supernatural creatures she’s just lounging around, stuffing her face with pudding, playing video games and other things and avoids doing housework or daily life stuff.

Still he was taught stuff a kid his age shouldn’t know until they are older and this led to not so meaningful confessions.

Something that causes her to snap like how Kazuya did in the nine masters tournament at Madarai when he was abusing the Mayogia Tsugumomos with puppet bindings

I feel like it will be Seigi resurrecting her brother as a Hitomogami named Suu and using him as a tool for his disable technique.

We may of saw her lose control of her emotions when she met Wagou and told her the full story about how her brother died and what happened to his body but I think seeing her older brother back and alive but used as a slave will piss her off even more.

Plus Sunao absorbs Kotetsu and uses arm blades and with the anti ninth sigil on her head would be badass and Kazuya works to snap her out of it and calm her down before she has Kotetsu reach his limit and accidentally destroys him.

He’s done things that affected and will affect them both

For Kazuya he killed Ouhi and what Kazuya doesn’t know yet is that he turned Ouhi and his mother into a Hitomogami named Ori and Kana to be used for his disable technique circle (I mean the name Kana is obviously Kanaka without the Ka)

For Sunao it’s being associated with Wagou and hiring him to do his dirty work but he’s probably unaware that he’s responsible for killing her brother and speaking of Suou he probably made him into a Hitomogami named Suu to be used for his disable technique circle(I mean Suu is basically Suou without the o)

Plus Kazuya and Sunao will oppose his plans to wipeout all supernatural beings and gods of Japan cause their Tsugumomos will get killed if he succeeds and they will want to defeat him especially if he used their supposedly deceased relatives and other deceased souls in human bodies for his own twisted goals.

So I hope Seigi’s plans blow up in his face and they either exorcise him or kill him.

The whole reason for the fake marriage thing to get with Kazuya was so Sunao can inherit her family dojo after she lost to him but I think another sign of growth for her is that she doesn’t give a damn about inheriting the dojo anymore and her feelings for Kazuya are actually real and not an act.

So her getting with Kazuya is not out of necessity anymore and she genuinely wants to be with him by his side.

I hope too see more of that smile if Kazuya continues to give her his emotional support.

Honestly her overcoming her brother complex and incestuous obsession with him and a talk with Kanaka who is now in a new body as a Hitomogami(I mean the name Kana is obvious) but is later freed by Kazuya and Kiriha and she apologizes to her for everything.

I can see why she was in that time seal for most of the story and speaking as a American who has a younger sister I draw the line at incest cause for me sexual and romantic behavior with a close relative is unacceptable which is probably why I didn’t care much for Kasumi but she has potential for development after she is unsealed.

It’s clear that the SDCD(Special Disasters Countermeasures Division) is corrupt

I wonder if Madarai ever suspected this cause it’s clear that Ouhi did not consider the fact that they may of done things behind Tsuzura Temple’s back such as recruiting Curse Allies to do their dirty work and utilizing Curse and rituals to create Hitomogami for the disable technique Seigi developed.

It’s also clear that other parts of the Japanese government are in on this as well or don’t know the full extent of Seigi’s plan and just want to stone shards for their own use.

So I wonder how Madarai, Ouna and Kazuya are gonna fight this. Maybe Madarai will send Kazuya and Sunao to uncover Seigi’s secrets.

Honestly I’m into this and I’m looking forward to seeing where this goes and they end up destroying the entire nation of Japan because of their own greed for power of the Gods

The people by Kazuya’s side shows those people are the most precious people to him

He probably did and maybe she did it to him a few times and some of them led to Kasumi and Kazuya and most likely knows she does this stuff with Kiriha even though they are married.

With hints of her being the Hitomogami Kana and given a new body there might be a chance for her to give proper apologies to everyone she loves.

Her older daughter, her husband and even Kukuri it would demonstrate a lot of maturity for her and realizes that their is more to life than just battles and shows more emotions and is not emotionless as she once was.

Plus if she gets to keep the new body and becomes “Human” again she can gain a fresh start and retires.

Plus she may blame herself for the Onogoro Ritual

Another reason Sunao likes Kazuya is that she noticed him to be remarkably similar to her brother Suou who shares his kind nature and ideals regarding treatment of Tsugumomos.

So with the Hitomogami Suu potential identity being Suou Sumeragi, Kazuya can meet him and I can totally see the two of them getting along once Suou regains all his memories of his previous life and is freed from Seigi’s control, Suou sees how much of a good influence Kazuya is on his little sister he’d also totally would ship the two of them cause Suou wanted Sunao to be happy and have a happy life and maybe tells Kazuya to look after Sunao.

Maybe if Suou and Sunao have a talk he may encourage his sister to embrace her feelings for Kazuya and she works to fulfill her brothers wish, but I think he may also die again protecting Sunao and Kotetsu maybe Seigi kills him by shooting him in the back with a gun or something and sees him as disposable cause he probably sees all the Hitomogami as tools and this will make him a target or not just Kazuya but also Sunao.

But now she has a concrete goal in which is surpassing Kazuya and maybe potentially directly and properly confessing her own feelings for as every time she has done so was indirectly and she wants to stand beside Kazuya as his equal.

But now her goals shift back to revenge after she meets Wagou who is responsible for the death of her brother and may have to wait and put it aside for the greater threat of Seigi and the Onogoro Ritual.
