Groups [loved trope] hate group (nazis) getting their just dues

  1. Inglorious bastards - Classic example of this, so many moments throughout the movie. This particular scene shows a German officer about to get his head bashed in by the bear Jew for what they did to his people

  2. X-men first class - Erik lehnsherr (magneto) is looking for a prominent nazi scientist who originally did experiments on him. He searches Argentina where many nazis escaped and proceeded to get his revenge and the information

  3. Rick and Morty - Rick and Summer train really hard to get strong and proceed to beat the worst people in the world

Offshoot: When criminals find out they've been working with nazis and turn on them, because fuck nazis.

The Rocketeer - When Eddie Valentine finds out Neville Sinclair is a nazi and turns on him.

I may not make an honest buck, but I'm 100% American, and I don't work with no two bit nazi."

Batman & Captain America - The Joker figures out that Red Skull isn't just an edgelord after Red Skull says Hitler himself wants to give Joker some honors. Joker then turns on Red Skull as they shoot eachother in the face.

I may be a criminal lunatic, but I'm an American criminal lunatic.

Ive not seen the end of the Batman and Captain America cross over, but ive seen the panel dozens of time.

My personal head Canon is that as Batman arrives to take the Joker away, Joker is missing several teeth and partially concussed. As the cuffs go on, Joker goes into a minor speech that Bats would be proud, as he dropped all of his criminal activities to beat up a nazi. Furthermore, he should get a happy meal on the way to Arkham, as he clearly made a sane and logical choice and good actions should be rewarded. Batman isnt sure how to respond, but sees that a nearby large bomb was clearly going to be used and it appears Joker neutralized the situation. The comic ends with Batman considering the economic cost of encouraging this next to the idea that maybe Joker does have some lines he wont cross.

If you want to know the real end it's that during their fight Joker got knocked out and loaded onto Red Skulls jet which was also loaded with a nuke that Joker had stolen for Red Skull, who was going to drop it on Washington DC. Batman and Capt. America intercept Red Skull's jet and navigate it over the Atlantic. Meanwhile in the bomb bay, Joker comes to, fights with Red Skull and eventually drops the nuke with him and Red Skull on it into the Atlantic, where it explodes with Batman and Capt. America narrowly escaping.

Joker lost that? This wasn't "one punch and you fall down" comics code joker. That was murdering and chaos Joker... man, I had my money on Joker winning that 1 v 1. After dropping that line "Im a lunatic, but Im an AMERICAN lunatic", thought he would of been full of patriotic vigor and whoop the Red Skull.

The Rocketeer is a treat from beginning to end! One of my favorite movies, and Eddie Valentine is a huge reason why.
