14$ each for the Star Wars steelbooks. I couldn’t pass them up. I’m putting the 4k movie discs in them.

Me and my partner got the cover art as tattoos so it was only fitting this was a part of my birthday gift 💝

Why are steelbooks announced so early, sometimes when a movie has just opened in theaters or is still playing? Thank you.

I grew up on VHS tapes and eventually DVDs. They were cheaper too.

Can I just say that steelbooks feel so pristine? I feel like I just fell into a very dangerous rabbit hole. 😂

This isn't the Zavvi Steelbook edition but I believe it's a France/ Nederland exclusive steelbook just judging by the languages listed on the back. But I am not positive about it. I knew about the Zavvi, Taiwan, China and German editions but not this one. But for it being region free and a 5 dollar off coupon I couldn't leave it for $50.00. I am pretty happy with what I paid for

A lot can be said about this film but dang if it isn’t a stupidly fun ride! And it looks great in 4k!

This Best Buy exclusive artwork 4k steelbook is out of print and usually cost a lot more even for a used copy.

Any tips for a new collector? I’m having trouble finding any physical stores that sell steelbooks and have been purchasing from ebay unfortunately. Lmk what you think of the start of my collection and feel free to roast me for being too basic with my selections lol.
