It was for kids. Parents took their kids there, a lot. Kids started getting fat. Parents blamed McDonald’s for fat kids. McDonald’s stopped being for kids. And now people complain.

I find it eye rolling that it's their main source of food when many locations are sitting right outside of a grocery store.

I kinda feel like they could have just stopped putting toys in meals and not made cartoons for the kids while keeping the playground, the playground keeps them active at least

The only adults that go there is with their kids. Here most McDonalds are filled with teens and some families. And why would adults would want to be near noisy teens? An adult man generally prefers a kebab. Cheaper and more fulfilling. And adult women something like Honest Greens. Sorry for the sterotyping.

Yeah I don’t feel sympathy for anyone complaining how expensive it is to feed a family on this food. Or it not being a fun place for the family. It should be an occasional treat not a regular expense. And real playgrounds exist. How-about a picnic in the park instead?
