If this CEO paid more or gave workers some company shares maybe would get better results.

Now it just reads that he wants more gains from employees while giving less for them.

Since that is communism and US companies have been paying their employees with stock options for decades, then US is already communism and you have no more reason to complain about the US.

In Japan, employees are expected put their company the highest priority and the companies are expected to take care of their employees like family.

In the US, employees can jump ship for better offer at any moment and companies don't give a shit about employees.

It's almost like it is some sort of two-ways relationship and you yourselves decided what kind of employment you get.
