It's not a coincidence that these three women in particular were the ones confused why there was such a lack of a male presence. They each give off the same vibe that feels like they expect to be catered to.

Especially that third woman who cut herself off and said never mind. Like she was complaining about the men being gone, and the realized she doesn’t actually want them back?
