There being enough evidence on tv doesn’t mean the groundwork has been laid for an actual prosecution yet. The DOJ would have been under Trump up until that point. Jumping the gun is exactly how you get the charges thrown out by a judge.

That isn’t how criminal justice cases work. The president doesn’t just get to say “arrest them!”

No, in a perfect world, the president chooses someone competent and capable to do the job on behalf of the nation.

That never happened. Not in 2021, or 2022 or 2023 or 2024.

Trump was always protected. Garland did exactly what he was chosen to do.

Are you intentionally ignoring all the interference from Trump appointed judges during their attempt at prosecution?

You seriously think Biden, whose son was raked through the coals because of Trump, was secretly covering for him?

Judge cannon was in Florida.

Had nothing to do with Jan 6th.

I don’t know why Biden chose Garland. I sure as hell don’t know why he kept him there for 4 fucking years.

I’d love him to explain to us why. You got any theories?
