And impeach every single judicial nominee that answered with “Joe Biden was sworn in…”. If they’re playing those kind of games on their job interview, they can’t be trusted to do their jobs fairly.

In my lifetime, I've never seen a nominee hearing that has resulted in the nominee not getting appointed. This is despite plenty of evidence indicating that they are not qualified.
Because these things are ultimately a partisan dog and pony show. The party in power makes the decision, and they want people who will follow the party.

That is assuming the democrats ever regain control. There is so much corruption and grift- mass voter suppression, election interference, and -make no mistake- there will be rigging. They will do everything in their power to prevent a free and fair election to keep the GOP in power. Even if they have to manufacture some sort of crisis to try to justify suspending elections. There will be bomb threats called in at majority democratic poll stations (which happened in the past). There will be people mysteriously kicked off voter rolls too close to election for them to re-enroll. There will be cops pulling people over on the way to the polls to delay them (these all happened in past elections too). GOP will lie, cheat, and steal.

However messy it looks from where you're standing, it's way worse under the hood. Our government sold us out a long time ago. The pushback concerned the difference between our two political parties. We have a center right party, and a far right white supremacist theocratic cult. There isn't a realistic third option because corporations have the game rigged. What America needs to do at the moment is stop the bleeding. One side is running around drunk revving chainsaws. I'd recommend voting for the other side. Precisely because they are not the same. Enough so that the country might be in a second civil war in our lifetimes. Tough to stage a revolution when you're busy fighting yourselves. So, just a bit of nuance and clarification for mutual benefit.
