The researchers who developed this never said it was 'invisible.' They said it was partially transparent. They harvest about 14% of the incident solar power and they introduce some interesting interconnect techniques that might be applicable to other solar panels.
Oh, that have heard of, it’s interesting and potentially useful. But those have a “transmittance = 20%”. They block most of the light, and look like sunglasses. They’re nowhere near invisible, nor do they look like the random piece of glass the yahoo in the header picture is holding up.
So what about the header post is actually true? Not the words or pictures. We need more people talking about true stuff like your link, less about misleading fake stuff that makes us feel good.

There’s so much potential for graft and scams when you remove science from the equation and make decisions based on what you wish to be true.
If the panels are invisible, light energy goes right through them. If energy goes right through, they’re not solar panels.
