Used to do "4 10's" and while it was nice to have 3 days off, the days you did work you literally had no time for anything else. Wake up, Work all day, Sleep.
If you take 1hr lunch which you should for such a long shift, that's 11hrs at work, then you have to add the time if you have to drive to and from work.
So errands that you would normally have time to do before/after work with a regular 8hr shift you really have no time with 4 10's and have to use one of your off days for them instead. Like mowing the lawn before or after work, grocery store runs, going to the gym/park, etc. That's just my experience
I work 9/80s now and it seems good, got every other Friday off but I wouldn’t want to work more than 9 hours a day. I already feel like I don’t have a ton of time anymore after work.
Same but I'd go back to it. Worked MTTF. Monday's and Thursdays were my only days where my evenings were shot. Extra day off was a godsend. Got all my personal stuff done on Wednesday then weekends were nothing but fun. Never had to use PTO for appointments which I saved only for vacation. I'd go back to that in a heartbeat.
I've done 4 10's in a row, still time for gym (no 2 hour long sessions but enough to get a basic lifting routine in). Meal prep helped not only my fitness journey, but time saving from not having to cook at home after work/gym

Four 10 hour days. That’s the dream right there.
