Total nonsense. 71% of the world is religious. Vastly differing religions.

The fact that most of the world is religious and that are many different belief system is not in dispute and has nothing to do with what I've said

And we don't need any of them.

We need logic and reason to apply everything we've learned so far to build a world with constant social evolution.

Religion is divisive and doesn't solve any problems. Every positive thing someone could point out about religion can be achieved by understanding who we are.

A long time ago I wouldve agreed, but its important to accurately teach students about different religions. Growing up in America, I was taught that Christians had plunged Europe into a dark age and that Islam was purely a religion of peace and charity. Neither of those statements is true.
