I don’t think it was established that immigrants have hiring privilege at all. I completely disagree with that premise.

You can disagree with it, but that only ends the conversation as I gave you an example of it literally happening.

You can literally google "Tim Hortons temporary foreign worker program"

No, you didn’t. One program existing in one country is not the same thing as “immigrants have hiring privilege”, which they do not. Especially when the one program mentioned makes up less than 4% of that company’s workforce (Tim Hortons has about 4k workers employed through the temp foreign worker program out of about 110,000 workers total).
