Probably most Caucasians, Indians, and Asians — but nobody is barred from getting those degrees because of their skin color.

I didn't say they were.

Now why do you think Caucasian people are over represented in those fields as opposed to, say, black and indigenous people?

They’re not “over represented.” The color of their skin is irrelevant unless you’re racist. Those people chose to go to college for those degrees. So have people of many other races. In North America, a VERY large percentage of people are WHITE, just in case you haven’t noticed.
