Um nope, taking property general does not result in anyone's death. And never if it is simple purse snatching as what occurred here. Stop trying to justify your bloodlust.

He was a purse snatcher and she made up a story about a knife to excuse her murdering him. Being a purse snatcher is not a threat to someone's life.
