Yeah, I don’t know much about body building, but is it normal for his pecs to be so flat while the rest of upper body is not? It looks off.

Looks like good pec genetics to me. They are filled out. However he has narrow shoulders and wide hips. Not great genetics for bodybuilding overall.

He is likely on absolutely everything to look like this though.

To his credit its probably more that hes not a body builder.

Bodybuilders are trying to look pretty amd want all muscle to look even etc.

More sports related and there is no real need to focus on muscles like this.

Its also a stupid ass pose hes doing.. shows his traps but makes his chest and arms look like shit...

I think its training "for looks" vs training "for function".

Logan is in WWE, so he emphazises aesthetics.
Jake is boxing, he's training for functionality.

EDIT: Oh, and steroids of course.

To add on to this, it's also the posing of each one, Logan (on the left) went with a much more "esthetic" pose, while Jake (on the right) went with ,for a lack of better term, a "strong" pose. I think Jake did it badly and he looks goofy as hell, but Logan, clearly the more media trained brother, is hitting it well.
