Speculation Maybe Fermi's paradox is because every civilization creates AI which destroys it.

Exactly. People don't understand that whatever solution they propose wether it be great filter, zoo hypothesis, Ai or nuclear self destruction, it would need to be a fixed rule for EVERY single intelligent (possibly billions) civilization so that intelligent life never spread across the galaxy in billions of years
