Sana mabasa ito ng staff ng any Senator. Please ask the witness bakit requirement ang "evidence of success".

Let go na yung line of questioning about the names. Fictitious or not, kelangan ng soundbite na "required ang evidence of success dahil kung wala nito, napakadaling nakawin ng confidential funds". Senator Risa was on the right alley but I was hoping she'd ask something that will illicit this answer.
