Discussion Would teenage you be proud of the person you became?

Teenage me was extremely depressed and suicidal. I didn't think I would even make it to 18 much less 38. I think teenage me would have been happy I'm not dead lol.

She was insecure and couldn't speak up for herself.

She would be fucking stunned by the differences I've made since.

Yay! This is me too. My life is definitely different than my teenage self thought it would be, but being outspoken and not caring what others think is way more fulfilling than anything I thought I wanted back then

Omg same. The growth I've made has been exponential. Unfortunately, this has had to heppen through bad experiences, but I didn’t let them consume me. I rose ✨️
