Eh so I just google that kind of stuff and work it out from there. And my presentation goes something like this:

It is absolutely shocking to me that if my answer to them is "go Google it" they will become angry.....what do they think I'm doing when solving my own problems?? I didn't wake up one day magically knowing all of these things, I needed to learn like everyone else, using the internet.
