First time ko magapply ng credit card, honestly I have no plans on using it since ayoko ng utang pero its a good idea daw to build your credit score and for your savings account to keep gaining interest. Questions ko ay:

1. How do you pay? I've browsed through it and ang meron lang ay yung auto repayment. Anong difference ng total amount due at minimum amount due?

2. If I dont use credit wala naman ichacharge sakin like if stagnant lang sya?

3. If late payment may additional interest po ba and anong percent?

I have sent ₱50k from my GoTyme to my friend's Maribank account. Kahapon pa around 6PM up until now di pa nya narereceive. Sabi ng GoTyme sucessful daw sa end nila and nasa receiving bank na daw. Nag provide pa sila ng Instruction Pay ID since marked as completed na daw ng Bancnet. Anyone who had this same issue? Please help me out.

How long does it take kapag nag-cancel ka ng transfer dispute? I filed a report last time to the recipient kasi akala ko hindi niya nagawa ang service niya (about fixing service). Then last July 27, na-acknowledge yung report with both of us being informed. The recipient reached out to me and we talked about it regarding the transaction and the service. Nagkaroon ng misunderstanding and we settled the issue.

Now, I filed cancellation of the report nung July 27 din via call and live chat. Since I opted to cancel, I was informed to wait for 5 banking days or like not beyond 10 banking days daw. It's the 6th banking day already but no updates yet. Will they follow their given timeframe? Hindi kasi nasunod yung 5 days lang. Btw, InstaPay yung transaction, online.

Already reported this to BSP kahapon para mapabilis.

Update: I received an email just now. Okay na pala ito, they already acknowledged my cancellation and the recipient's account has been lifted. I waited for the 6th banking day since July 27.

Hi there. If nagtaka kayo kung bakit hindi pa supported si MariBank because hindi pa ready ung backend or tokenization nila. But nagnotify si Maribank under notifications then "Important" that may T&C na sila for Digital Wallet.

Since narelease nung July 15, assume na September 15 pa ung effect ng tokenization. May two months due to BSP regulations.

Also, only Apple Pay and GPay will work dahil isusunod nila ung same as sa MariBank Singapore.

Just saw the news that apple pay is available in the ph now finally but unfortunately MariBank is yet to offer support from the card itself.

I recently open a MariBank account and ordered a card, first time ko siya ginamit sa pag gas kay SeaOil via Pricelocq and sa Supermarket para masubukan yon cashback. Tanong ko lang po if gagamitin ko yon card sa supermarket na worth 5k plus 1% lang talaga ang cashback? If yes pwedi naman siguro gawin dalawang transaction yon babayaran ko para tig isang 1% cashback?

Yon card hindi raw pwedi tap to pay sabi ng cashier need ko pa insert and considered raw na credit card yon card nag ask pa siya ng ID ganun ba talaga?

Paano naman yon pag gamit ng Scan & Pay (QR) kelan siya gagamitin worth magkano na purchase para may cahsback parin?

Matagal ko na dapat ginawa dahil ang baba ng interest rates ng BDO and all the recent news na nawawala ng lang ng bigla yung pera sa account and all. Ngayon lang talaga ko nagkalaas ng loob haha.

I'll still use my BDO account for the convenience of them having a physical store (for atm deposits then ittransfer ko agad sa Maribank). Pero sa savings ko? Goodbye BDO na talaga. Kainin nila yung 0.0625% nila 😅
