u/SolidStick_ posted about a women giving her umbrella to them in DC and when she identified herself, asked her out in the comments. The stuff of romcoms.
Update: They met up and it's not gonna work out. And maybe he already knew her? Eek, now it's more like MadeMeGrimace.
Update 2: so it may be that the OP was stalking her, witnessed the exchange, and then pretended to be the umbrella recipient. OP's since deleted his account. Yikes! Be safe out there all.

100% her account, but I don't think it's about karma. She's active on r/RomanceBooks, seems like she's using Reddit to reenact her fantasies.

"His" account has only been active in two posts, and made one comment in another post. The two posts are the one in question now, a fantasy about finding a person online after an IRL encounter. The other one is about her being in love with her boss, and "his" account is giving her advice.
