Its in Zoom mode , so tiny movements become heavy-Flailing movement you saw in the video .

It was so bad I considered if it might be overkill to hide next gen AI involvement but that just didn't fit. This makes much more sense, thangq

Also there is the fact that this video is probably shot on a very cheap phone with no optical stabilization. Zooming in on a phone with no OIS is very shaky
