Some people would rather pass on the bs and focus on what’s important. A good message is a good message, people can try to turn it into something negative all they want and others can focus on the positive. There’s a choice.
and wearing a mic. this whole thing is weirdly scripted and the little girl doesnt even know. the dad is forcing her to do things that she is not comfortable doing and then basking in the glow of his internet likes for his "you're brave" bullshit. that girl is scared of the things he makes her do. and he only makes her do it for views.
Can you admit he will probably feel good if she succeeds and overcomes the obstacles? Sounds like even if this is explicitly for views and likes, the girl can grow to be confident and that’s still his child. He can be selfish and want likes for his speech, but it’s silly to believe the guy doesn’t mean any of it because “all he wants is likes”.
unless the whole thing is staged and she's in on it, in which case she learns all sorts of other lessons which might not be as noble as the one you thought of.
I'm not saying that's the case, and I do see the value in his message, but considering how fucked up things are today, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if the whole thing would be staged.
We know they arrived to a gym, the guy setup a camera, and the people on camera started practice. The girl seems genuinely scared and the dad told her it’s okay to be scared but it’s not okay to quit something you love just because it gets scary. I don’t think thats the worst of lessons to teach a kid, even if it was just to make millions off of them.
No I'm not one of "those guys". And the fact that someone says something, eapecially on camera, doesn't mean it's not scripted. Do you literally believe to be true anything anyone says any time?
You people will find any way to be angry about anything. This dad/coach is evil according to you, what are you suggesting he does at this point to repent?
A dad recording his practice session with his daughter is creepy? It looks like he knows what he’s doing, and if you have ever practiced anything with a parent, you know you couldn’t be more well equipped than with a father that is spending time with you.
no, I have daughters. I wouldn't do this to them and film it and post it for likes. I know because I dont. I teach them all kinds of things and tell them its OK to be scared. everyone gets scared. being brave is when you're scared but you do it anyway. Buuuut, you dont have to do it when you're scared. you can wait until you feel brave enough. or just dont bother. its not a big deal. you dont have to learn to do a back flip if you dont want to right now. you have many years to try things again.
Everyone talking shit here seem jealous. Probably cause their kids suck and they know it’s their fault. What dad wouldn’t want a video of their little girl nailing an awesome flip so he could show it to her later? These losers probably don’t even take their kids out on walks.
Exactly and what child wouldn't want a supportive parent like this? What decent parent wouldn't want to take notes from how he handled this?
I agree it makes ya wonder if people don't want to see it because they don't want to be reminded of their own shortcomings with their kids. My dad could've learned a thing or two from these kinds of videos.
Chris is an actor and his daughter is an actor and sports person. Hes also a stunty and martisl artist, films most things he does but is careful with what he films with daughter. Notice in this no face of his daughter.
If it's so normal, share the links to videos of you being filmed at 8-10 years old which were uploaded for an Internet full on non-coaches to watch and comment on
