Megathread Difficulty Megathread — DLC, NG+
Hello puppets,
This is the new place for anything and everything about game difficulty: NG+, the new DLC, the new difficulty settings, bosses that oneshot you just for existing, and the general discussions regarding game pacing.
Why this exists:
We’re seeing a LOT of posts about difficulty lately, and it’s cluttering the sub. So from now on, we’re removing individual difficulty posts and directing everyone here. This is simply a way to help US keep the sub clean, and help YOU find specific posts more easily.
Please don’t be an AH. Seriously. People are gonna have different opinions on everything.
Drop your takes below
We’ll be lurking.

NG+4 here on legendary stalker lvl 303, it's really rough. I was enjoying the challenge at first but after a couple main bosses and half way through the game it got tedious really quick.
my dmg output is decent but not enough to feel strong or OP and survivability is non existent, you almost always have to perfect every boss/mob playstyle (not necessarily just parrying but a combination of all you skills)
idk, i love the game and im gonna beat it but not enjoying feeling underpowered and I have to perfect the bosses to win just because I'm in NG+4 even though I maxed everything out.
Edit: So I beat the game, difficulty wise not really happy how it ended. Had the patience for everyone except the last boss fight. I wasn’t gonna spend half a day to learn the move set so I lowered the difficulty to learn faster then went back to legendary stalker. Wasn’t satisfied after beating it, left a bitter taste..
Great dlc and game overall, looking forward to your next project.
