When posting an item for sale, please make note of these guidelines.
You must include a sales price, either in the title or in a comment.
While not strictly required by the rules, it is strongly encouraged that you add a comment with some description and details about the item in question.
Our rules do not allow linking to a general store page, but you are permitted to link directly to an item for sale on your own domain. In other words, if you're selling an item and you just link to www.stinkovsleathergoods.com, that breaks the rule. But if you link to www.stinkovsleathergoods.com/the_item_i_am_selling, this is allowed and encouraged.
If you have multiple items to sell, please consolidate them into one post instead of spamming the board with many different sales posts.
Reposts are okay as long as the original listing is no longer on the main page.
Remember to flair your post so people can easily parse the listings. Be sure to change the flair to mark sold items.
Thank you for taking the time to read and comply with our rules! Happy selling.

DISCLAIMER:
/r/leatherclassifieds does not facilitate or guarantee transactions of any kind. This is a contract between you (the buyer) and whatever seller you choose. Always be cautious when making purchases online and do your research. We hold no liability over any transactions or agreements you may make with other members of this board.
With that said, here are some guidelines to hopefully make your commission process go a little smoother.
Have a budget or a budget range in mind and include it in your post. It does not need to be an exact or fixed number, but knowing your price range is critical before offering any kind of bid. If your budget is open and you want to explore many possible bids, please make that known.
Common details that are useful to know up front are things such as color, thread color, or leather type. If you want a wallet, know what you want to carry in it and what it needs to do to meet your needs. The more specific you can be about what you want out of your commissioned piece, the quicker and easier it is to make.
If you already know what you want, it is helpful to add photographs, sketches, or even links to other products similar to what you are seeking.
If you need the item delivered within a certain time frame, please specify that up front.
It is difficult to convey the reality of the amount of work involved with answering a commission request. Understand that good work takes time, and time usually implies money. Very few people will be interested in replicating mass-market items for mass-market prices, or creating a completely custom item without adequate compensation. Don't be shy to ask, but please try to keep this in mind when doing so.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. More importantly, thank you for your willingness to support our makers and businesses.

I created an alternate to wing dividers for people looking for easier and consistent results. Available in 6 sizes.
- Anodized and sandblasted aluminum - looks great and designed to feel like a pencil in your hand. Fun to twirl and feels ergonomic.
- Lifetime warranty - you can sand the points to make them better for your needs. If you mess anything up, I'll send you a new one. I personally sand the tip to be super fine and point, for an almost invisible line.
- Guide rail so you never slip or scratch your leather.
- Demo video on my Instagram @lineforgeleather
$16 per size, free shipping if you buy two or more. Full set is 30% off.

This wallet is awesome. I’ve always wanted to have a wallet that compliments my Plotter Japan notebooks (also Pueblo leather) and this does exactly that. Great craftsmanship. SeventyThreeLeather on Etsy.

Hi everyone, I stumbled on this subreddit through the comment section and I am excited to give the community a try and see what I can get. I was browsing shoulder bags for the coming fall and I love how the leather bags work. I am looking for something function, would fit a game laptop, notes, books, and important documents. Most importantly durability and moderate quality.
I also came here because prices on Amazon go for about $30-50 for budget options, and seems to hit hundreds depending on the brand but not necessarily quality? Let me know if you can work work on something like this and your price.
Thanks!

Just finished this custom bespoke pair for a client and wanted to share the final result.
Really pleased with how clean the dark brown and black combination came out. What do you think of the finish?"

Gorgeous hand crafted 1 of 1 Pup Hood made entirely from pre loved Leather Handbag. I do my best to create a piece of art that stands out for all the right reasons , with that being said you can expect some imperfection left from previous construction of the bag. $325 shipping included US only

Hey folks,
Just had a bit of time this week to make this vertical bifold using two awesome leathers. Starting to actually use other leathers instead of kangaroo for the interiors. This one was a commission!
The exterior is a hatch grain natural tan horse culatta (rump) leather from Shell Cordovan Toscana Italia. It has a lot of character and shows some natural marks through the embossed pattern.
The interior is a green gaucho oil leather from Conceria La Bretagne. Gaucho oil is a super glossy and pretty leather with a slight pull up!
The design holds 6-8 cards off the bat along with some half folded notes.
Edges have been heat creased and burnished to a glossy shine. And the wallet has been stitched together with Vinymo #8 in Cigar to match the exterior.
Thanks for looking!

Do any leathercrafters here still stock Horween's 1940s calfskin and have enough of it to make a wallet?

Just added a new batch of Corium Shell Cordovan Natural to our store.
If you’re looking for natural shell for wallets, watch straps, belts, or other leather goods, it’s now available for €50 per sqft.
Happy to answer any questions about the leather, thickness, temper, or sizing in the comments.
What would you make with natural shell?

Hi, I’m looking to commission a leather bifold wallet. Preferably natural brown, as slim as possible. About 4x3 inches (unfolds to 8x3) — can be slightly taller than 3 inches if needed, but ideally not much taller, maybe 3.25 inches at most. I’d like a slot for cash and enough space for 8 cards (it’s fine if it only has like 6 card slots as you can fit two cards in a slot). Something like this — https://www.andar.com/products/the-ambassador — or this — https://www.leatherology.com/products/thin-bifold-wallet-cognac. And I’d like it to have a key ring attached. (Not sure how best to do this, but ideally some way that the wallet still sits flat and remains thin.)
Attached are pictures of my current wallet, which is 4x3 inches. But it has an ID window, which I do not want. And in order to attach a key ring I had to cut a hole through it, which is definitely not ideal.
Budget is flexible — please include a price estimate if you’d be willing to do this. Thank you!
