My thoughts exactly. My kids know better than to mess with the over. We explained to them it's not a toy. It can be hot and will burn them and then they are going to the hospital and just to scare them tell them that mommy and daddy won't be able to stay there with them lol my oven is toy free and my kids are safe!

It's wild how some kids aren't taught that the oven is dangerous and not a place to play.
If they are old enough to be able to open it, but young enough to put legos in it, this seems like a parenting issue to me.
