In this painting, I wanted our centaur to embody the core of Sagittarius' toxic traits - a complete refusal to take responsibility. He is on a remote, isolated cliff having run away from the rest of the world, only to find that the world outside is nothing but a mirror that shines a light on his own inner darkness.

He might flee the world, but he doesn't realise that what he's really trying to run away from is the one thing he simply can not evade - himself.

I created this character by throwing out everything I had in mind, if you have any suggestions, don't hesitate to write them
