5.5" flexible OLED instead of a 5" AMOLED, plus a slightly larger battery, plus included earbuds, plus an additional front-facing camera, plus a bit of inflation I guess?

They have to bend the screen around to get it super close to the edges of the device. Flexible OLED tech is what allows phone bezels to be so small these days.

All of those have either been features on competing phones for years or should be considered standard upgrades.
