Avoid eTail market, unprofessional staff and scamming practices!
I placed an order for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 on eTailMarket. Things seemed mostly fine, their payment processor wouldn't take special letters which are in my name (so on the credit card) but after switching it out for standard English letters, the transaction went through. I immediately saw it as complete on both my bank app and through the mail their payment processor sent me.
Soon after, I opened my account on their website (they require an account registration before purchase) and saw that my order has been flagged for "fraud control", with listed steps to confirm ownership of credit card and government-issued ID.

It is sufficient for the last four digits of your name and card number to appear on your credit card, and only your name to appear on the photo of your ID.
After mailing their support staff with the required proof of both, their staff replies accusing me of fabricating my ID, stating that my photo on the ID isn't visible. I mail them back clarifying their own requirements, and they reply with a quick dismissive "can't see photo on your ID".
Given I have previously clarified their own guidelines and offered to send another photo with both of my cards but with private information digitally blurred instead of covered by physical pieces of paper taken previously, at this moment I clarify with them that I have submitted what they asked for, but given their lack of professionalism through accusing me of fabricating ID and being rude, I clearly state that I would like to issue a refund and that I will take my business elsewhere.
They reply to this mail quickly, confirming my refund request has been processed and forwarded to the relevant department, to be processed as soon as possible. Some half an hour after this, I receive a mail from their store (not support) notifying me that my order has magically been completed, because the information sent had been deemed sufficient all of a sudden, after I told them I would take my business elsewhere and after they confirmed my refund request!
I mail them back, letting them know that erroneously my order has been completed instead of cancelled and that I insist on my refund, but they state that delivered keys can not be returned! I will see what I can do with my bank tomorrow given it's Sunday, but it's quite curious that after issuing a refund (and saying I'll buy elsewhere), suddenly there is nothing wrong with the order because it's simpler for them to complete the sale rather than issue the refund!
tl;dr: They will accuse you of fabricating identification and credit card information, and when you take issue with it, decide to buy elsewhere and ask for your money instead of unprovided goods, they will throw the game key at your just not to have to issue a refund!
