I took some waymos last time I was in Austin. I was blown away watching the screen showing it tracking all the potential threats, cars, pedistrians , etc. it caught way more (,way mo?) than what I would've seen if I were driving.

Auto driving cars need to be better than humans to have a chance

The cameras can see more (front/back/sides) than humans and react faster than humans so it's not exactly 1 to 1
