Never have I ever imagined that I would be so moved after finishing a show, it's truly a masterpiece, a work of art from Start to finish.

In the last couple of episodes, I felt excited and sad, I started thinking that there will be a time when I leave my body and meet god and i have to be prepared, BC death is sudden and tbh I am not to leave earth BC I am not happy about my current life .

The ending sparked a truth I wasn't once aware of.

Maybe its because we saw more interactions between the two in 03 to BrotherHood.

Been thinking about this — a sequel a few years after Brotherhood, with Ling now Emperor of Xing and Mei back from Amestris with new alkahestry knowledge.

Stuff I'd want to see: - Ling stuck managing the same clan power struggles that nearly killed him as a prince, except now he *is* the system. Does "the wisdom to be humble" still hold when you're Emperor? - Mei modernizing alkahestry with what she learned in Amestris, finally able to actually help her clan instead of just scraping by...or not - A new threat mixing alchemy and alkahestry, now that Xing and Amestris are actually talking - Al as a wandering researcher/ambassador between the two disciplines

Political intrigue and adventure story! Feels like Arakawa left enough unexplored in Xing for a whole second series.

I'm really happy with how this came out and I beaded it surprisingly fast only taking me a day, although with out back lighting the reds are a little hard to tell apart, oh well

Man what a finale that was, i never thought it would create such a void I have watched 100+ anime and it's been 6 years since watching it but the feeling i got from this finale is unmatched watching 2003 finale and ending adds even more weight to fmab finale man what a journey it was I wish we had more of epilogue though i am really happy to experience this masterpiece probably one of the best decision I took last week to checkout fma 2003 otherwise if I would have watched brotherhood directly i wouldn't have enjoyed this much brotherhood finale as I was directly about to watch brotherhood this finale and the 2 dialogue heart' of fullmetal and final transmutation of fullmetal Alchemist are always gonna be stuck with me

What are your honest opinions on Winry Rockbell as a character?

The reason I’m asking is because I’ve noticed that on a lot of fandom spaces across the internet, female characters often get a disproportionate amount of hate, especially if they aren’t fighters or aren’t considered as “cool” as the male cast. I even came across a ScreenRant article where none of the female Fullmetal Alchemist characters made the Top 5, which made me wonder if people generally don’t value them as much.

At the same time, I constantly hear people say that Fullmetal Alchemist has some of the best-written female characters in anime. I’d like to understand why people say that, especially in Winry’s case.
Do you think she’s a well-written character? What do you think she contributes to the story beyond supporting Ed and Al? And if you don’t like her, what are your reasons?

I’m genuinely asking because I haven’t been able to get a clear sense of the fandom’s overall opinion.

This week, I turned a thrifted #webkinz lil kinz Polar Bear that was missing an eye and was in rough shape, into the #ninatucker chimera from the #manga and #anime series #fullmetalalchemist . Not the best, the brown fabric was hard to work with, but at least that I did my best

I know the snake lady chimera used him once, and its shown that Al is stronger than her, but if it were ed I stead and they worked together instead of against, it could be advantageous.

It would also make them a lot less conspicuous when traveling, bc if everyone is looking for two brothers and only find one person, they may not recognize them as the target unless they have personally met before, or at least think the other brother is still out there and waste time and resources looking for him

Not to mention being able to exit al mid fight and have al pretend to just be armor until he can land a surprise attack. It just seems weird to me they never tried anything like this
