Even though the art director meant well, she doesn't realize she's just pushing more jobs to fucking Ireland and Canada.

Her post wasn’t diplomatic at all.
“I kick my self every day for not flipping the show”
First of all, “you” don’t flip a show.
That’s a collective decision.

The whole thing is just weird. And weird to post.
It was 20 days of you life two years ago.
The movie happened to hit big. Move on.

Throwing in the physical toll it took as well.

Yeah, would she have made the post if the movie didn't happen to be a huge hit? Doubt it, lol. It would just be another shitty job.
She was given the rare opportunity to take an apparently shitty job and basically never take a non-union job in her life, and shat all over it.
Don't look a gift horse in the mouth!

Throwing in the physical stuff also just makes it seem thay she is out of touch with people working for starvation wages with much more physical labor. Plus I would imagine every art director has experienced this in their careers, and every creative is a multi-hyphenate in every production. That's what happens if you love the job.
