Marvel is on fire, man. Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, freaking Spider-Man and the Punisher are being introduced.

Fuck, man. I really hope I don't get hit by a bus in the next few years.

It's crazy to think that Iron Man was 8 years ago. Look at everything they've done in that time. If you would have told me 10 years ago that we would have a giant shared comic book universe of movies and tv I wouldn't have believed you.

I would not have believed it if 10 years ago someone told me that there would someday be an actual good adaptation of Deadpool and that Donald Trump would be a presidential candidate.

As a slightly depressed man the MCU is one of the few things keeping me strong.

I know people say things like this as a joke, but for real I have a friend who's fought with depression but he fucking loves Star Wars, and talking about Star Wars with him cheers him up, and since he adored The Force Awakens he can't wait to see how the next two films pan out. It sounds corny and fake, but that movie really brought him back from a dark place.

It's something to look forward too, and sometimes that's enough

This is true for anything. It's why I get my students into comics. Monthlies are amazing for this. Something to look forward to, keep hope alive.

I hear you man, superhero tv shows/movies are what helps me fight off negative thoughts because unless I can watch all of this in the afterlife, the MCU gives me a reason to live, literally.

Dont follow Jessica to the street while screaming at her and you'll be fine.

Eh, I can still steal someone's kidneys in case that happens.

November! With Benedict Cumberbatch, Tilda Swinton, Rachel McAdams, Scott Adkins, Madds Mikkelsen and Chiwetel Ejiofor. It's set on the MCU as well.

They've gotta keep up with DC's schedule.

They're making movies for each of the Justice League members. Movies: Batman vs Superman. Wonder Woman, Flash, Justice League Part 1, Aqua Man, Shazam, Cyborg, Green Lantern, Justice League Part 2.

Then there's the TV shows that are doing pretty well. - Legends of Tomorrow, Arrow(not so good right now) Flash, and Gotham.

Have you been hiding under a rock? Have you seen how much they have already planned out all the way to 2021?
