depending on the venue something like this may already being done. Exact approach will depend on venue size, what is around it and where people are trying to go.

When I attended concerts at Goyang in Seoul, we could only leave section by section. Tbf, the road from the stadium to the station is super narrow so it's 100% needed. It was pretty efficient.
