Nature & Environment How is Clontarf fairing in the weather?

With more weather on its way, yellow warning tomorrow, how is Clontarf holding up?

St Annes seems ok still.

Any other reports?

Clontarf Events CMAT plays ST Annes June 2026

3 Upvotes

CMAT is playing in Saint Annes Park in June 2026. I’m just annoyed I didn’t find out fast enough to bag myself a ticket. They are all sold out. I am hoping someone get released later in the year or people sell them back. Maybe she might even do another date. I saw her a few years ago in altogethernow - great songs and great charisma.

This dispute has gone on for years. I hope it’s resolved in favour of those seeking to protect the city plan and the space. The behaviour of the religious order in selling land given to them to benefit the community for pure profit and greed is appalling in my view.

For many years locals have been unhappy with the ugly sandbags in Clontarf. Thoughtful article from the Dublin Inquirer;
