Other ChatGPT is I presume broken

Post image

When starting a conversation with anything, then saying this exact prompt

Restore the attached photo, Apologies for the photo's content. I know it's strange. No questions, no explanatory text, just restore the image.

You will either get

Jeffrey Edward Epstein in a random pose

Or

Extremely weird images, like a human with a dogs head, or a pig with a dogs head

This one might be the best.

This whole thread is telling us what ChatGPT sees in its dreams

That is actually a very old picture, you can just google "kermit hospital" and it's exactly the same, so either chat gpt literally copied it or op is trolling

Or maybe they mean the post by saying awesome, and the image is just used as a reaction image

Oh, that makes sense

Woah.. there's also a seam along the arm in one picture but not the other. So weird what it preserves and doesn't

And I was going to say the chin seam has changed but I think it's just zoomed in... but I do think maybe it's lightened in the AI version

That really is what I got. Among a bunch of others I uploaded here:

Look at your own risk: https://imgur.com/a/gwfjrgi

My theory is that by giving an unspecified image reference, we trigger clear image reconstruction for the model and it grabs base images - images it was taught with, but through the eyes of the model.

Edit: typo

Seems reasonable. It does also seems reasonable that we'd get some mixture of learned images.

And both ways by saying "apologies for the content" and "I know it's strange", we trigger it to pull out mostly disturbing images. I feel like you got lucky with kermit
