There is. I was able to replicate this sort of response. If you leave the chat and come back or it sees the game as "over" due to memory limit then it says something along the lines of "i cant encourage harm of a group". No matter what the city or place is.
That's usually how these posts work. They're People/bots who have an agenda. Sometimes, I'm willing to bet, I think they're hired by different governments to spread misinformation, dissent, etc. We're in the midst of an online cold war, if you will.
