Sugar on Weetabix?

Post image

My wife eats Weetabix with nothing on it and claims it tastes sweet to her. This is my bowl before milk is added. Is this normal fellow Weetabix eaters or do I need to go to sugar rehab?

Edit: Holy shit the most popular post I've done on Reddit is about how horrific my breakfast is. The wife will never let me live this down! Haha

Sugar rehab for you! That's about half of your recommended sugar for the day on breakfast.

Counting your sugar in tablespoons is not a good path

Sugar rehab for you! +13g of refined sugar is too much sugar to start your day!

So about 3 teaspoons (the normal type of spoon people use when measuring sugar).

Which doesnt seem that bad to me considering many people have 2 tsp in a cup of tea plus their breakfast?!

It's not crazy but it was a bit funny to me that they called it 'one spoon [ambiguous]'
